Consumers may withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 14 days of purchase (start of a subscription or one-time purchase), provided the digital service has not been substantially consumed. If you have actively used Premium features, the refund may be proportional.
Email info@czechgolfacademy.cz with the subject "Refund request" and include:
We process refunds within 5 business days, back to the original payment method.
Lifetime access purchased in a limited promotion is non-refundable where this was explicitly stated at purchase.
You can cancel any time in Profile → Manage subscription. Premium access remains active until the end of the paid period; the next payment will not be charged.
