Freestrokes is an educational tool for learning and practising the Rules of Golf. The App is not a product of, nor affiliated with, The R&A, USGA or any national golf federation. Content is prepared for educational purposes — in case of doubt, always consult the current official Rules of Golf.
Some features require signing in with a Google, Kakao or Apple account. You are responsible for the security of your account and for all activity carried out under it.
The App offers a paid Premium plan with extended features. Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Prices include applicable taxes. You can cancel at any time via the customer portal in the Profile section; access to Premium features remains active until the end of the paid period.
The subscription begins and payment is charged as soon as the order is completed. We do not offer a free trial. Lifetime access is a one-off payment and does not renew.

All content of the App (texts, graphics, code) is protected by copyright. Reproduction, distribution or commercial use without written consent is prohibited.
The App is provided "as is". The operator does not guarantee the accuracy of the content for competition or other professional purposes and is not liable for damages arising from the use of the App.
The operator may amend these terms at any time. Users will be notified in the App; continued use after notification constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Mandatory consumer-protection provisions of the user's country of residence remain unaffected.
